I am afraid you are right. The view that we can get the rest of the oil, gas, and coal out, because someone claims them as “reserves” or views them as resources, is simply nonsense. Once this civilization can no longer keep things going, any future civilization must be much simpler. Our current infrastructure probably won’t be of much use to it. - Gail Tverberg
